HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the destination but not more than 14 days.

Standard delivery is provided by the services, with a delivery period up to 2 weeks, by courier to the door or to the Post Office

– Delivery time includes only business days, excluding weekends, national, state holidays and force majeure circumstances

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees if any.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Please note that the total amount paid at checkout covers only the product cost and the initial shipping fee. It does not include any local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be levied by your country’s customs authorities.
  • Responsibility: The buyer (recipient) is solely responsible for paying all international taxes, import duties, and customs clearance fees.
  • U.S. Orders: For customers placing orders from the United States, your package may be subject to U.S. Customs inspection. Any applicable U.S. customs duties, handling fees, brokerage fees, or state import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery & Refusal: These charges are determined by local customs offices and must be paid before or upon delivery. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
